Stock Status

Items that are listed as "In Stock - Shop Stock" are in our shop and are ready to be dispatched
Items that are listed as "In Stock - Warehouse" are in our warehouse and take a few extra days to be dispatched. We will do everything to make this as fast as possible by upgrading postage where possible.
Items that are listed as "Email when back in stock" are out of stock, this could mean they are on there way in or could also mean that they have been discontinued. (Sometimes there will be a date shown as a due in date we are given this by suppliers but it can often change)

Please note we have to allow 15 working days from posting to sort out missing items.

If you want tracking details please email and we will send them over. This is only for Tracked services, you need to select Parcelforce, Recorded or Signed for options for tracking to be avaliable.

General

The Postage/Shipping costs for your order will be shown after you have added your delivery address.  For a brief overview of the shipping costs and where we deliver to, please see below 

For Club members and groups we are more than happy to bulk orders together and post to one address. I.e. If you would like 3 planes delivered, then the same postage rate will apply (anything up to 30kg can be delivered).

UK Customers.

When your items are added to the basket and you then view the basket the shipping cost will be shown. Shipping starts at £2.70 for 2^nd Class postage on small items and for Kits and larger parcels £7.95. But there are lots of options for you to choose from.

Highlands and Islands of Scotland.  Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and The Isles of Scilly

When adding items to the basket you will be shown the default shipping rate.  Once you have entered your postcode the system will then update your shipping options.  There is a surcharge in place on some items (mainly kits and orders over 2kg).

Channel Islands

When adding items to the basket you will be shown the default shipping rate.  Once you have entered your postcode the system will then update your shipping options. There is a surcharge in place on some items (mainly kits and orders over 2kg).  All packages up to 30kgs are sent via Parcelforce Priority at a cost of £14.25

Ireland (Republic)

All packages are sent by either Airmail or Parcelforce Priority. Shipping costs are shown once the delivery address has been added.

Examples:

Up to 200grams would be £3.95.

Up to 500grams would be £5.75.

Up to 1kg would be £9.50.

Up to 1.5kg would be £12.95.

Kits and larger items above the Airmail limited size are £19.25 up to 30kg.

Europe Small Items

All packages are sent by Airmail or Airmail Insured up to 2Kg in weight and not exceeding 900mm in overall dimensions. E.g. 400mm long x 300mm wide x 200mm high. Shipping costs are shown once your delivery address has been added.

Examples:

Up to 200grams would be £3.95.

Up to 500grams would be £5.75.

Up to 1kg would be £9.50.

(Airmail Insured is an insured service for valuable items and we leave this choice up to you the customer.  In the shipping box at checkout you will be given options for your delivery)  

Europe, Kits and larger items above the Airmail limited size are;

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands;      £16.50            

Denmark, France, Germany and Monaco; £18.95

All shipping costs are based upon either weight or volumetric weight as fixed to us by our couriers.  This can vary due to the way our suppliers package items and whilst we endeavour to make the all prices correct there will be instances where items cannot be shipped by the chosen method.  We will advice on this as your order is being packed.

Shipping to alternative address outside your country is not permitted unless proof of the address is available.

For Fraud prevention we may occasionally ask for proof of your address by way of a utility bill.  This would normally be a Water, Electric, Gas or telephone bill dated within the last 3 months and showing your name and address.  Further security checks may also be required.
